Most of the investment in Spirit of the Bunyip is directed at environmental rehabilitation opportunities of private farmland.
Landholders who are willing to protect remnant vegetation patches, or to dedicate areas on their properties to plant trees to improve connectivity and resilience are given funding and support to provide this important service that benefits the whole community.
Agriculture is an important part of this landscape. Spirit of the Bunyip has the complementary aims - to help farmers enhance the natural landscape and to improve agricultural productivity on their properties.
There are proven advantages for landholders and farmers
